Affiliate Terms & Commission Structure

PhytoSmart™ affiliates earn commissions for referring new customers and supporting ongoing subscriptions. By joining the PhytoSmart Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

Commission Rates

  • 20% commission on a customer’s first completed order

  • 5% commission on subscription renewals and all subsequent orders tied to your referral

Commissions are calculated based on the order subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, and coupon discounts. Refunds, returns, or cancellations will be deducted from commission totals.

Tracking, Attribution & Cookie Window

  • Sales are tracked via your unique affiliate link

  • If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of their first referred visit, the affiliate will be credited for the sale

  • Only completed, eligible purchases qualify for commission

  • PhytoSmart is not responsible for tracking issues caused by ad blockers, browser settings, or third-party tools

Payout Threshold & Schedule

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD

  • Commissions below $50 will roll over month to month until the threshold is reached

  • Payments are issued monthly, within 15 business days of month-end

Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must:

  • Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines

  • Represent PhytoSmart honestly and accurately

  • Avoid misleading claims, unauthorized discounts, coupon sites, or paid ads using PhytoSmart brand terms

  • Maintain brand-aligned, ethical promotional content

Program Integrity

  • Accounts showing no qualifying activity over an extended period may be reviewed

  • PhytoSmart reserves the right to withhold commissions from fraudulent, self-referred, or non-compliant transactions

  • Program terms, commission rates, and policies may be updated periodically
